Susan Herst, husband Larry and Forest Hills neighbors Kenny Dalsheimer and Marybeth Dugan, hosted a successful fundraiser for Durham Central Park. Susan, a Durham realtor and broker/partner with Urban Durham Realty, works with clients looking to buy and sell homes in Durham, NC and engage in an urban lifestyle.

Susan Herst, along with her husband Larry and co-hosts Kenny Dalsheimer and Marybeth Dugan, recently hosted a "Big Night in the Bull City" dinner for twenty guests at the Herst's Forest Hills, Durham, NC home. The multiple course dinner recreated the scene from the cult classic, Big Night and was a successful fundraiser for Durham Central Park.

"Durham Central Park is one of the great Durham community organizations making Downtown Durham a vibrant, artistic and all-round "green" city center and we are proud to be able to promote its cause in this way," said Susan Herst, a Durham realtor and broker/partner with Urban Durham Realty.

Herst sits on the board of Partners for Youth and has served the Forest Hills Neighborhood Association, Duke School, Durham Habitat for Humanity and a number of other Durham organizations. Her grandfather, William J. Griswold, was Mayor of Durham exactly one century ago. Giving back to the community is one of the underlying principles of Urban Durham Realty.
