Bleu Magazine Co-sponsors Harlem Restaurant And Retail Week Eat-shop-play Winter 2010

The month-long program will run from February 15 to March 15 and will feature offers such as $20.10 three-course, prix fixe dinner menus and $20.10 on select retail items, with $1 of all proceeds donated to UNICEF for Haiti relief efforts.
