A new offering from the MediaQuest stable ? Shaheen, a joint venture publication between MediaQuest (publishers of Arabies Trends, which recently celebrated its 100th issue) and Dassault Group (publishers of Le Figaro, and pioneers in the publishing of hunting magazines).

Shaheen, a magazine devoted to those aspects of hunting that enthusiasts love to read about. Each issue of Shaheen will contain a special on hunting trips that will take you along the tracks of rare and prestigious game, revealing locations that have seldom been seen. Shaheen will take you into the homes of celebrity hunters, the legendary men and women who have a story ? and a secret or two ? to share.

The first issue of Shaheen, the Arabic-language quarterly hunting magazine, will be released in November 2006 and is the latest publication launch of rapidly growing international media group MediaQuest, founded by Yasser Hawari. MediaQuest, whose aim is to build bridges of understanding between East and West. With activities ranging from publishing to TV production and digital communication, spanning Arabic, English and French, MediaQuest is in a unique position to achieve this goal. MediaQuest has offices in North Africa, Europe and the Middle East and boasts extensive operations in these Arabic and French speaking areas.

MediaQuest and Dassault Group joined together to launch Shaheen with the goal of bringing to the hunters of the Gulf region a fresh look at the hunting experience in the Middle East and abroad.
