Future Electronics and President Robert Miller Recognize Laikram Singh for 40 Years of Service

The Office of the President, Robert Miller, and Future Electronics recently recognized Laikram Singh on the 40th anniversary of his employment with the company.

Pointe Claire, Quebec (freepr101) December 1, 2016 - Future Electronics, a global leading distributor of electronic components with corporate headquarters in Montreal, Quebec, and the company's President, Robert Miller, recently thanked Laikram Singh for 40 years of service with the company.

Mr. Singh started with Future Electronics in September of 1976, in the Purchasing department. Over the years, he has been promoted to various positions including Export Manager, Product Manager, Account Executive, Inside Sales Representative, and his current role as a Strategic Account Manager with the Toronto branch.

Singh said he feels fortunate to have joined the company in its early years, explaining, "Leadership matters. It is Mr. Robert Miller's leadership, vision, and hard work that created the framework and culture for the company."

He continued, "For the first month, I worked in the warehouse, familiarizing myself with the products we sell. I then became a Product Manager, responsible for ensuring that Future had enough of the right parts in stock at the right time. I was extremely fortunate to have had Mr. Miller as my mentor during those years."

Singh concluded, "Future Electronics is a great company to work for. There is no limit to how much you can learn, and there is so much upward mobility within the organization. It is truly a privilege to have reached my 40th anniversary with the company."

The Founder and President of Future Electronics, Robert Miller, often refers to employees as being "the company's greatest asset." The company places a high value on the dedication of its employees, and milestone anniversaries are recognized with personalized cards, plaques, free meal vouchers, and other gifts based on their length of tenure.
