Real Meals On Wheels Program Offers Convenience for Families Looking for Traditional Meals, But Don’t Have Time to Prepare Them and Dine Together

Ben’s Delicatessen Restaurant & Caterers in Carle Place has announced that it is offering Real Meals On Wheels™ to its customers in central and south Nassau County. For eight weeks, beginning in October, Ben’s will offer dinner delivery service every weeknight (except holidays).


Customers will have a choice of one main dish, two side dishes, and a salad. Ben’s is offering the delivery times for the following areas:

? Albertson, Carle Place, Mineola, Williston Park: 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., 5:45 p.m., 6:30 p.m.; 7:15 p.m.

? Baldwin, Bellmore, East Meadow, Freeport, Merrick, Oceanside, Rockville Centre: 4:00 p.m., 5:30 p.m.

? Hempstead, Uniondale, West Hempstead, Westbury: 4:00 p.m., 5:20 p.m., 6:15 p.m., 7:15 p.m.

? Lynbrook, Massapequa, Seaford, Valley Stream, Wantagh: 4:00 p.m.

Ben’s Real Meals on Wheels is ideal for families whose busy work schedules do not allow them to sit together for a meal at the same time or for those who do not have time to cook a traditional meal. It also provides convenience for adults who cannot prepare a meal for themselves or others due to age or physical limitations.

Each Ben’s Real Meal is $11.49 per person (two-person minimum). Delivery is FREE for customers who use the free delivery service trucks at predetermined times. Customers who sign up for all eight weeks will also receive free soup each week during those eight weeks.
