South-Tek Systems is excited to welcome new mechanical engineer Patrick Sigmon to their Engineering Department. This leading Nitrogen Gas company engineers and manufactures nitrogen generating systems for use with a wide variety of applications across many industries worldwide. Mr. Sigmon represents the most recent hire during an expansion of the South-Tek Systems Engineering Team over the last year.

The Engineering Department at South-Tek Systems is the driving force behind the design and functionality of every Nitrogen Generating System developed at the company. Products range from compact and portable N2 generators to high pressure systems. Each model fulfills a specific pressure and purity requirement for use with applications including electronics manufacturing, food packaging, power plants, military uses, and more. The engineers at South-Tek Systems also work to develop products aimed at particular markets. Some of these products include the N2Blast® Corrosion Inhibiting System for Fire Protection Systems, the BeerBlast® Mixed Gas Dispense System, and the TireBlast® Nitrogen Tire Inflation System.

Mr. Sigmon joins the South-Tek Systems Engineering Department with a Mechanical Engineering Technology degree from Cape Fear Community College and an emphasis on Computer Aided Design (CAD) Drawing. He has previous corporate experience performing CAD work in an engineering firm based in Wilmington, N.C. The opportunity to join with South-Tek Systems, a growing international company, upon obtaining his degree is exciting for Mr. Sigmon. The company looks forward to seeing his talents applied to their design and engineering projects.

South-Tek Systems designs and installs Nitrogen Generators for companies and industries of all sizes, from food packaging and wine making, to power plants and military field operations. Their N2 gas generating systems and extensive experience has them working them around the world, most recently at an Iraqi Government-owned oil company in Basra. South-Tek Systems completed a PSA Nitrogen Generator industrial installation at the South Refinery Company in Basra as part of a modernization project for the refinery and as part of a larger attempt at moving toward economic self-sufficiency for the country. South-Tek is also a GSA contract holder, providing approved products and services to federal employees, military officials, and agencies worldwide.

As South-Tek Systems continues its growth and expansion, their engineers are hard at work delivering Nitrogen Gas generating systems as well as advanced monitoring and management systems for quality control and regulation. Patrick Sigmon will be a welcome addition to the South-Tek team.
