Local Certified Expert Shares Tips For Turning Ideas Into Realities

Business Building Expert reveals the secrets behind making ideas into realities.

Why is it that some small business owners have an ease with turning ideas into reality? According to Solo-E.com certified expert, Jennifer Davey, the answer is that they understand the importance of sharing ideas, breaking down projects and delegating everything they can.

"While you may be working very hard, without learning to share ideas, break down projects into workable tasks and delegating, your ideas will struggle to come to fruition," says Jennifer Davey, owner of JJS Coaching in the Greater Philadelphia Area "Sometimes, the best way to make things happen is to completely give up control and go against what you have been taught throughout your life. "International Ideas Month" in March, is a great time for small business owners to come together and share some wisdom on this topic."

JJS Coaching helps small business owners and self employed professionals to get clients, build their business and make more income by using Davey's proven 14-Step Formula. Davey is one of 50 solo professionals who have met the requirements of the only international post-graduate certification program for solo entrepreneurs to become a Solo-E.com certified expert. Part of that certification process is showing you can generate ideas and following them through to implementation.

"Generating fresh ideas is the cornerstone of solo entrepreneurism," says Terri Zwierzynski, CEO and founder of Solo-E.com. "Yet, without taking action, all you have is a bunch of ideas that won't get your inspiration out to the world."

Davey recommends a few tips on how to turn ideas into reality for small business owners during "International Ideas Month:"

- Share your best ideas. "While this may seem counter intuitive, by putting your best ideas out into the open, you are claiming them as your own, getting the backup and support of those who believe in you and can make corrections before launching from suggestions of those who partner with you," says Davey. "Not to mention, you now have a ton of momentum from the skeptics saying it can't be done."

- Break your projects down into tasks and milestones. "Projects are essentially a group of tasks that achieve a result" explains Davey. "By breaking your projects down in to tasks, and grouping those tasks together to create milestones, you can feel accomplished while working on a project, which keeps the momentum going." says Davey.

- Delegate or automate what you can. "If it can be delegated, pass it off. If there is a way to set-it-and-forget it, do it. The more you can get off your plate," says Davey, "the more time you have to begin thinking of a new idea to implement."
