Training In Fresh Produce Safety Guidelines April 30, May 1 Near Asheville, N.C

N.C. Cooperative Extension faculty are training Extension agents in all 100 N.C. counties in guidelines for keeping fresh produce safe -- from the field to the consumer. The agents will then hold training seminars for farmers and others in the produce chain in their counties. A third training session for agents is scheduled later this month in western North Carolina.
